      I just had bluehost do the same thing to my site, the most embarrassing part? I found out through a customer, he went on my site to check out some info and he called me up and went “hey your account is down” I went “wtf?” logged on, it was down. I didn’t even so much as get any advanced warning or anything which is what really ticked me off. At the very least you can say “Hey look we got some issues with you, you gotta fix this send us a copy of your ID within 48 hours” that would be ok.

      But not “We are shutting down your account, and aren’t even going brother sending you so much as an e-mail”
