Making Videos

I love making videos specially in-game or in-world videos of my activities in Second Life or in any online game I play. I know that my videos are not at the same level of quality as those made by real Video Production Service Professionals but, hey, the important thing is that I enjoy making them. LOL!

In the past two years I’ve made a total of 42 in-game and in-world videos. They are hosted in various video sharing websites but all 42 of them are hosted in YouTube. My most viewed video with a current total of 16,312 views is the one I made about Rakion Online which shows the Cell Hack in action. It is also badly rated with a rating of only 1 and a half star but, fortunately, I do have a few videos that are rated highly and most are not rated at all. LOL!

Another thing that I like about creating these videos and uploading them to YouTube are the comments. I find the comments made by those who viewed my videos funny, entertaining and even interesting. Some comments are good, some are just plain rude and some are simply hateful which shows the different hidden personalities of people who are online. Anyway, I don’t get affected by any of those rude and hateful comments besides if the comments get out of hand then I can always just delete them and/or turn off commenting.

I don’t use fancy tools in making my in-game or in-world videos. I only use two or three at most. One that grabs and save in-game videos, one that put them all together like Movie Maker and, if needed, one to create additional images like GIMP or Photoshop. I’m sure professional video makers use professional tools to make their videos but I don’t think I would need such fancy tools since I’m only doing it for fun.
