    Ever since I started working from home my wife has been begging me to go on a diet because I kinda gained a few pounds already. Gaining a few pounds is not really hard specially when I’m just sitting all day working on my computer and eating. What’s hard is taking them off after I got them. LOL!

    In my early years of working from home I used to jog around a lake in our city. I would spend like two to three hours a day, everyday jogging but that changed when my work load got more and more. The time I spend for jogging, I spend it working or sleeping.

    I guess that is why my wife is asking me to go on a diet because now I don’t exercise at all. Arrgghhh! I don’t think I can do that because I kinda enjoy eating very much and eating kinda helps me think of what to blog about. I know, it’s kinda silly but it’s hard to think when your tummy is aching. Trust me, I’ve experienced it many times. Ha ha ha!

    Anyway, I know nothing about dieting so I thought that maybe checking out some diet reviews from diet oriented sites can help me but most of those that I visited talks more about diet pills and other diet medications which I’m not really into. If I’m going on a diet then I’d prefer to go through it naturally without taking any pills or anything unnatural.

    Still, I’m not going to make any promises but I’ll do what I can to get this diet thing going. I’m going to give it a try because it’s for my own good and it’s for my wife and kids as well. Wish me luck!
