Show Me The Money

One Year, No Payment!

Posted by Melo

Wow! Just realized that it’s been one year already since I started with MySearchFunds which is now known as Homepages-Friends and still I haven’t received any payment. My account reached the minimum payout limit last June of 2008 but, unfortunately, I have yet to receive any payment from them.

I do a lot of searching specially when I have a new project which needs materials and content. This makes Homepages-Friends very attractive for me because I will be able to make a little money from my searches. Well, at least that is what I thought.

I still have Homepages-Friends on my search tools but I do not use it that often anymore. I went back to using Lord Google which, undoubtedly, gives out better search results. I only search using Homepages-Friends when I need search results from Yahoo. For everything else I use Lord Google or Live.

I do not understand why or what is causing the delay but for seven months, the line under “Next Payment Due” has changed seven times as well and it keeps on changing as each month passes. This has made me doubt Homepages-Friends ability to pay its members. If they can’t pay such a small amount then what about those members who have earned much more?

Today, I again updated my “Payment Details” in hopes that maybe one of this days they’ll send what is due to me. I was using my main Paypal e-mail address but changed it to my secondary Paypal e-mail which is the same as the one I used to register with them. Unfortunately, they don’t have a credit card option but then again Credit Cards are mostly tied in with Paypal anyway so I guess I’m stuck with it.

So, are you a member of Homepages-Friends? If so, has Homepages-Friends paid you?
