Exchange Links with 23Blogs.com

Like most of bloggers, I’m always looking for ways to promote my blogs like this one, i-TONG.com. If you look at my sidebar, you’ll notice that I have a couple of banners from websites who offer banner exchanges. Well, I’m not getting millions of traffic from it just yet but I do get a few visits every now and then.

Now for text link exchanges, I’ve tried one before but didn’t really get anything much from it (unlike banner exchanges) BUT today I signed up with 23Blogs.com - FREE Blog Roll TEXT Link Exchange.(1:10).

LOL! The tagline, FREE Blog Roll TEXT Link Exchange.(1:10), kinda describe it all already!

What it does is, it adds a blogroll of blog titles (linked to their respective blogs) of other 23Blogs.com members. To do this, you must, of course, be a member of 23Blogs.com, add your blogs and get the HTML code (which is Javascript). To display the blogroll, you need to place the code into your blog’s pages.

According to them, you’ll get like 10x the impression after putting the code into your blog. Maybe this is what they meant with the 1:10 ratio. You give them 1 impression and in return they’ll give you 10 impressions back.

Anyway, as I’ve said, I signed up with them today and, if you haven’t notice, you’ll see that I now have a 23Blogs.com blogroll on my sidebar. If I get a few more visits from, in addition to what I’m currently getting right now, then I might just leave it there for good.

One thing though, I tried to sign-up using my GMail account but it wouldn’t let me. I had to use my domain’s e-mail account to sign-up with 23Blogs.com.
