A couple of days ago, I logged in to my Shareapic account to upload new in-game screenshots of a game I’m playing. Before going to my galleries, I noticed that they have a new update in their Twitter widget (this Twitter widget is on every member page, I think) saying that they have a “new paypal payment system in place” and that “lots of people getting payments in the next few days”. I responded with my Twitter account saying that it was nice to know that they have a new PayPal system in place and that, maybe, I’ll get paid after two years of waiting.
Today, I finally received my first and last payment from Shareapic. The amount that they sent me was only 10% of what was listed in my account. A note saying that it was pro-rated was included in the payment details. Of course, I didn’t complain and just accepted it besides complaining or arguing with them wouldn’t accomplish anything either. (more…)
