AV Care Nightmare

After spending an entire day trying to remove this dreadful program called AV Care without success I finally decided that it would be much easier to just format my hard drive instead and it was. I did not know what AV Care was or how it got installed but my wife was using my computer that day. My guess is, she accidentally clicked something and installed the program, AV Care, without her knowing it. In other words, I need to convert my video from .WMV format to either .MOV or .MP4 format with a video converter and then upload it to a video hosting/sharing site like blip.tv (so that I could grab the static URL of the video).
