On Selling Digitally Delivered Goods

Posted by User ImageMelo

eBay Philippines (eBay.ph) recently sent an e-mail update to all its sellers about their new policy on selling Digitally Delivered Goods. According to them, goods that are digitally downloaded or transferred are no longer allowed to be sold in eBay.ph since last April 16, 2008.

Digital

This piece of news is a bummer for those who sell digitally delivered goods in eBay like Entrecard Credits (EC). It’s no secret that I used to sell ECs in eBay as well but not anymore. Eversince I got my hands on this cool plugin called QuickShop, I’ve been selling ECs directly from this blog. [...continue reading On Selling Digitally Delivered Goods]

Share Your Thoughts

Posted by User ImageMelo

Noticeably, I haven’t written that much in this humble blog of mine. It’s because I’ve been busy with other things like helping my wife with our new baby girl. Yeah!

Anyway, my recent internet foray introduced me to a new site (at least for me it’s new) where you can share or blog about your thoughts, ideas, opinions and views about the many things that are happening around us. The site is simply called Thoughts.com and, obviously, it’s a site about sharing your thoughts through blogging about it or by sharing it through the many topics at the forum. Value For Your Credits

Posted by User ImageMelo

On April 10, 2008 my Entrecard AD for this blog, i-TONG.com, ran on 89 Entrecard member websites or blogs. You might also notice that the Cost to Advertise is very low, this is because I bought them immediately after the update to the new pricing system which turned the cost to advertise on all member websites back to 2 credits only.

Below is a table that shows how many clicks my Ad got on those 89 websites and how much it cost to advertise on them on that particular day. [...continue reading Value For Your Credits]

Add A Favicon To Your Blogspot Blog

Posted by User ImageMelo

One thing you’ll notice about Blogspot or Blogger blogs is that they all seem to have the same Favicon. For those who don’t know what a Favicon is, a Favicon is a small icon that is displayed before your URL at the address bar, before your page or site title in a browser tab and when your site or page is bookmarked. Now, wouldn’t you want to change that blogger Favicon to your own Favicon? [...continue reading Add A Favicon To Your Blogspot Blog]

Click Cricket Didn’t Click For Me

Posted by User ImageMelo

Sam-Speak sent me an e-mail with a link to his Click Cricket program but it got buried with the other e-mails I received that day. I tried to look for it but I couldn’t find it. I must have deleted it accidentally while I was deleting spam but I did get a quick look at it that’s why I kinda know what the e-mail was about. I should have opened and read it the moment it appeared in my inbox but I think I was doing something else when it arrived. Anyway, I still got a trial copy of Sam-Speak’s Click Cricket program because he placed a link to where to download a trial copy of Click Cricket in his post titled Limited Time Offer! Click Cricket Free Trial! [...continue reading Click Cricket Didn’t Click For Me]

Bluehost.com Adds SimpleScripts

Posted by User ImageMelo

It’s no secret that my first week with Bluehost.com wasn’t very encouraging, Hosting Blues With Bluehost. In fact, I almost switched to HostGator. Anyway, it’s been 5 months and I’m still with them. I can also say that my experience with them since then has been very satisfactory. [...continue reading Bluehost.com Adds SimpleScripts]

Automagically Find Blogs To Advertise In

Posted by User ImageMelo

It may sound noobish for the many Entrecard experts that are out there but today I found out that you can use the new Campaign Browser feature of Entrecard to automate the process of searching for member blogs to buy advertisements from. What I mean by automate is you set the settings, leave it and it will continously search for member blogs that match the settings you set. [...continue reading Automagically Find Blogs To Advertise In]

Chain Dropping Or Just Cheating?

Posted by User ImageMelo

A few days ago there was a thread in Entrecard forums about a series of generic cards that lead to blogs that open up huge advertising pages. These page sized ads are really annoying because they tend to cover up the entire site and you’ll have to click on a link to skip the ad before you can get to the blog itself. One member openly named these blogs and they are Vietnam, Software Technology, Phone Technology, Java Program World, Money and Forex. He also cited that these 5 blogs were always together in his Drop Inbox. [...continue reading Chain Dropping Or Just Cheating?]
