Click Cricket Didn’t Click For Me

Sam-Speak sent me an e-mail with a link to his Click Cricket program but it got buried with the other e-mails I received that day. I tried to look for it but I couldn’t find it. I must have deleted it accidentally while I was deleting spam but I did get a quick look at it that’s why I kinda know what the e-mail was about. I should have opened and read it the moment it appeared in my inbox but I think I was doing something else when it arrived. Anyway, I still got a trial copy of Sam-Speak’s Click Cricket program because he placed a link to where to download a trial copy of Click Cricket in his post titled Limited Time Offer! Click Cricket Free Trial!
The program, Click Cricket, is very small and installing it is a breeze but before I installed it, I scanned it first for viruses and, luckily, I didn’t find any. I’m not saying it’s 100% risk free, no! When downloading anything from the internet, never forget to scan it yourself even if it says it’s virus free.
Click Cricket’s Interface
Click Cricket also has this small program window that stays on top of your screen. The interface is also very simple. There is a small text field where you enter the number of websites you want to load. A button when clicked will load the set number of websites. Another button which I think would load websites randomly but I got an “exception error” message after clicking it. There is also an indicator of how many websites were successfully loaded. (see screenshot)

How Does It Work?
Click Cricket is very simple to use. Just open your browser, make sure you are logged in to your Entrecard account and then run Click Cricket. The first site it will load is Sam-Speak. Use Click Cricket’s interface to enter the number of sites you want to load and then click on the “Start Load” button to, well, start loading them. He he he! Please note that the number of sites to open or load is up to you but the default is 5.
Why It Didn’t Click For Me?
Click Cricket wasn’t exactly what I expected. I had this idea that it would at least automate the clicking process but it didn’t. What it actually does is, it opens a set number of Entrecard member websites in your browser. The websites are going to be opened in tabs but they will not open at the same time, there is a little delay before the next one is opened or loaded. Wait until one of them loads completely and once loaded go to it and then drop on its Entrecard Widget. Do this to all of the sites until you have dropped on all of them. Repeat the process until you reach the 300 drop limit per account.
In essence, everything is still done manually. You’ll still have to go through all the opened or loaded websites and drop on all of them. The only thing that is automated is the loading of the Entrecard member websites which I believe is pulled from a list within the program itself (or from somewhere else).
Will It Make You Drop Faster?
I’m not quite sure if it’ll make you drop faster or not but I think you can look at it as an auto-loading drop list. The advantage is that, now, you don’t have to click on links to open a site because, with Click Cricket, the sites are opened and loaded for you.
Honestly, I still prefer my current method of dropping cards because it still feels faster for me and I kinda still have some control to what websites I’ll drop on. With Click Cricket, you don’t have that control (at least I didn’t find any).
Anyway, if you want to try Click Cricket then just head on over to Sam-Speak’s blog and download a Free Trial. Remember, don’t forget to scan before installing.

i dunno really , i think i’m gonna ask EC mods for this .
if it’s supported legal , not exhausting the servers or putting any stress even though there is a delay between refreshes .
plus , i like to read the blogs i go to and drop after commenting to anything
don’t like to be just passing by .
cheers

What it does is, it just opens up the pages for you, instead of clicking on links. Still, I like using my own list and these past few days I’ve been using the Drop Inbox more often, you know, to reciprocate the drops made on my widget.

I’m very picky with the blogs I drop my card into, so using this Click Cricket thing would be unsatisfying for me. Plus I am wary of automated software. It doesn’t give you relevant results in terms of building links and partnerships. People are not really obliged to return the favor of dropping at your site.
