On July 2, 2010, Bukisa sent $11.02 USD to my PayPal account. It seems that I’ve broken through Bukisa’s $10 USD payment barrier again. The last time I was able to do that was almost one year ago. Ha ha ha!
Well, I can only blame myself for not writing more articles for Bukisa. In fact, I’ve only written a total of 13 articles for them in two years. At least, those 13 articles are making me some unexpected money.
I have this one person in my Bukisa Network and he is like publishing 10 articles a month and his articles are pretty good too. Of course, if his articles were bad then I don’t think it will get pass through Bukisa’s Review Team. I wonder how much he is making writing articles for Bukisa. Previously, I blogged about avoiding Quick Drop Pages and I have been doing that since then. For the past weeks, I have been dropping on other Entrecard member sites using the official Entrecard Toolbar and during those few weeks I have bookmarked more than 300 Entrecard member sites. These sites eventually became part of my personal Entrecard Drop List and today I am going to share it to everyone.
As of this writing, all of the Entrecard member sites in my drop list have the following characteristics:
- all of the Entrecard member sites in my drop list have their Entrecard widget above the fold
- none of the Entrecard member sites in my drop list triggered a warning from my Anti-Virus software
- as far as I can recall, none of the Entrecard member sites in my drop list displayed any pop-up or pop-under ads
Of course, I will remove any Entrecard member site that is on my drop list that will not conform to those listed above. Read the rest of this entry »

I was able to accumulate a few dollars in CMF Ads as a publisher and on June 15, 2010 I received the amount I requested for payment from them. The total amount I received was $15.96 and I received it just one day after making the payment request. Of course, the amount I received was smaller than the amount I requested for payment. This is because CMF Ads takes 30% of the requested amount for payment as cashout tax which is used by CMF Ads to cover their operating costs.
CMF Ads is a great place for blog advertisers to advertise in because of it low advertising fees. You can buy a 30 day Network Ad for as low as $10 only. Blog publishers can make some money by simply placing a CMF Ads widget on their blogs. They can also use the money they make as a blog publisher to advertise as well. Read the rest of this entry »

For years, I have been burning my own CDs and DVDs and I have been duplicating them as well. Burning content on CDs and DVDs is an important part of my work as a freelancer and, sometimes, I need to duplicate these DVDs and CDs specially when a client requests extra copies of a finished work. Fortunately, none of them had requested more than 1 or 2 copies and these extra copies were usually for backup purposes only.
Now, since I don’t burn or duplicate that many CDs or DVDs it’s not surprising that I do them myself using my own computer’s CD/DVD Writer. But, what if I suddenly need to burn hundreds or even thousands of DVDs or CDs? Would it still be feasible to burn and duplicate them myself or would it be more efficient to seek the service of a CD or DVD duplication service provider? Read the rest of this entry »
